Because I recently acquired my shape, I was curious to prepare something so that I could try the shape and here is what I prepared;

  • 1 kg of apples
  • 250 g sugar
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 100 g large ground walnuts
  • 350-400 g flour
  • 1 packet of margarine
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 pack with baking powder (approx. 1 and a half teaspoon)
  • 1 ampoule with almond essence optional

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes


Wash and clean the apples, then pass them through the large-mesh grater. Add the sugar and mix, as well as the spices. Separately mix the flour with the baking soda, baking powder and margarine. Put the apples that have been mixed with the sugar and all the ingredients listed above over the flour. Grease the form with oil and line it with flour, then with the help of a teaspoon we put the above composition in the form. Place in the oven heated to 200 degrees until it passes the toothpick test.
