Peel a squash, grate it and season it with sugar and spices to taste.
Mix the cheese with the ingredients, if it is too dry, add 1 tablespoon of sour cream or an egg.
We grind the biscuits.
In a tray lined with baking paper add the biscuits, the cooled pumpkin, on top of the cream cheese.
Put the tray in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the top, mix the egg whites with a pinch of salt, add the sugar and mix until it becomes a glossy meringue, add the yolks and mix well after each one, add the oil and flour mixed with the baking powder.
Mix with a palette with light movements from bottom to top until smooth.
Pour the composition over the cheese and put the tray in the oven heated to 160 degrees C, about 30 minutes, to pass the test with the toothpick.
Pour the cake on a plate and let it cool before serving.
Because I used cinnamon for this cake, I participate with it in the "Sweet Romania" challenge, hosted in December 2013 by Kadia - Around Kadia.
This cake is very easy to make and very good, so there is no reason not to prepare it too! Her delicious smell will attract everyone in the kitchen and they will all swarm beside her, insistently asking: "Has it got cold? Will you cut me a piece?".
The recipe is in accordance with the Dukan diet - PL days and in terms of tolerated can be eaten by one person in two days.
Dulma = pumpkin for pie
- 1kg dulma razuita
- 3 + 3 tablespoons sweetener powder (I use Clio)
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons fine oat bran (I recommend Pirifan)
- 1 sachet of chocolate pudding (can be replaced with 2 tablespoons starch + 1 teaspoon cocoa)
- 4 tablespoons milk (I used with 1.5% fat)
- Cinnamon for the top
The grated wood is mixed with 3 tablespoons of powdered sweetener and a tablespoon of cinnamon.
In a high tray lined with baking paper, spread the dough in an even layer. Put the tray in the oven, over medium heat, until the top composition is ready.
For the countertop, separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt, and mix the yolks for 3 minutes with the 3 tablespoons of powdered sweetener.
Over the yolk cream add the milk, oat bran and chocolate pudding powder and mix everything well. Pour this composition over the hard white foam and mix everything slowly, from bottom to top, so as not to leave foam.
I took the tray out of the oven and poured the top composition over the hot wood. I leveled it nicely and put the tray back in the oven, over medium to low heat, on the middle shelf of the oven.
After 40 minutes it was ready and passed the toothpick test with flying colors.
I let it cool in the pan for half an hour, then I turned it over on a carpenter and carefully removed the baking paper.
I powdered the cake with cinnamon powder and let it cool well before cutting it.
