Method of preparation
I put the melon core through a blender, until I obtained a thick puree, which I mix with 50 gr of sugar, separately I rubbed the yolks with the rest of the sugar, the vanilla sugar until the composition thickens and the sugar is melted, I add the cream. mix well with the mixer, then add the melon puree, mix lightly with a wooden spatula or a spoon towards the end add the gelatin that I diluted and the whole composition will go in the freezer for 4 hours.

Ingredients you will need for ice cream:

Method of preparation:

Watermelon ice cream

1. Mix the flour with the sugar and 2 tablespoons of milk in a bowl, until you get a fine paste. Pour the rest of the milk into a saucepan and simmer until almost boiling. Then pour the milk, little by little, over the flour composition, stirring constantly.

Then pour the composition obtained in a plastic container and put in the freezer until it is half frozen, ie 1 1/2 hours. Remove the melon ice cream from the freezer and place in a bowl, then mix until soft.

3. Add the melon puree, mix again and place in the plastic container. Frozen.

4. For serving: remove the melon ice cream from the freezer almost 15 minutes before serving. You can serve ice cream even in the remaining melon peels.
